Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) has established a new Hair Care Hub to drive its international growth, and it is being led by newly appointed VP and GM Kathleen Mitchell.

The company’s new Hair Care Hub will serve as a “regional centre of excellence” for the company’s global portfolio of hair care brands, which includes Aveda and Bumble & Bumble.

The hub will cover strategy in the UK and Ireland, Europe, the Middle East, Turkey and India, and Mitchell will be responsible for advancing ELC’s hair care category across these regions.
