This year’s edition will be the event's largest to date, bringing together more than 770 global and regional exhibitors - 10% more than in 2025 - alongside formulators, R&D specialists, brand teams and industry experts in Bangkok.
Across three days, visitors will explore the science, ingredients and consumer trends shaping personal care in Asia Pacific, from biotech-derived actives and skin longevity to fragrance and multisensory experiences.
One of the key themes at the show will be skin health and longevity, as consumers increasingly take a preventative approach to skin care.
According to Mintel, 72% of Gen Z consumers in Thailand place high importance on taking proactive steps to protect their skin’s future appearance.
Fragrance and sensory experience will be brought into focus through the new Fragrance Zone, where visitors can explore the Scent Bar and the Evolution of Fragrance showcase, alongside the event’s first-ever Fragrance Awards celebrating new developments in this category.
Changing consumer expectations around product performance will also run through the educational programme.
At the Formulation Lab, supported by Personal Care Magazine, experts will explore next-generation, high-performance formulations, the role of sensory experience in product development, and smarter approaches to sustainable formulation.
The technical seminars will examine developments in biotech, next-generation active ingredients and skin longevity, alongside the formulation and delivery techniques helping brands respond to growing demand for effective, evidence-led products.
Complementing the science, the Marketing Trends programme will explore Asian and global beauty trends, with case studies and perspectives from major international brands including Unilever, L’Oréal and P&G, alongside individual market insights across the region, from Thailand to China.
Visitors can also take part in The Creators’ Forum and live Ask the Experts sessions, offering opportunities for direct discussion across the formulation, technical and commercial aspects of the industry.
“With consumers becoming increasingly discerning, credible science and demonstrable results are more important than ever. At the same time, advances in biotechnology, delivery systems and formulation are giving brands new ways to respond to those expectations,” said event director Sarah Gibson.
“This convergence of consumer demand and scientific progress is creating exciting opportunities in personal care, while increasing the need for formulators to stay up to date with the latest developments,” she added.
“in-cosmetics Asia brings together the science, expertise and market insight needed to explore those opportunities.”
in-cosmetics Asia takes place on 3-5 November at BITEC, Bangkok, and is co-located with COSMEX, ASEAN’s leading manufacturing, packaging and OEM/ODM exhibition for personal care and dietary supplement products.
