According to informed sources, the sale of the British fragrance brand Vyrao has made progress. The current controlling shareholder, the London private equity investment company Manzanita Capital (the parent company of the French salon perfume brand Diptyque), as well as the parent company Waldencast of the New York pure beauty brand Milk Makeup, are all currently in negotiations with Vyrao. Victoria Kisseleva of the London corporate restructuring advisory firm FRP Advisory has been appointed as the financial advisor to Vyrao. Vyrao was founded by former fashion industry executive Yasmin Sewell (see below) in 2021, and with only five years of establishment, it will become one of the fastest-growing fragrance brands in recent years if the sale is completed.
