(6) Competition Organizing Committee

Establish the National Cosmetics Vocational Skills Competition Organizing Committee to be responsible for coordinating all work of the National Cosmetics Vocational Skills Competition. The organizing committee consists of a secretariat, an expert committee, and a supervisory and arbitration committee. The Secretariat is mainly responsible for communication, summary submission, and information transmission, and regularly reports the progress of work to the organizing committee and relevant units across the country. Under the leadership of the organizing committee, the expert committee is mainly responsible for studying and proposing the overall plan, implementation plan and related matters of the National Cosmetics Vocational Skills Competition, implementing relevant decisions of the organizing committee, and understanding, mastering and guiding the implementation of various competitions. The Supervision and Arbitration Commission is mainly responsible for accepting complaints related to the competition, conducting verification and arbitration in accordance with laws and regulations.
