LVMH has appointed Alexandre Oulès Chief Operating Officer of its Beauty Division.

He will report to Véronique Courtois, who was named Chairman and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and of LVMH's Beauty Division in February 2026.

Oulès confirmed the appointment by changing his job title on LinkedIn.

He will be responsible for manufacturing, supply chain and purchasing in the newly created role, according to a report by WWD, which Oulès reposted on LinkedIn.

Prior to joining LVMH’s Beauty Division, Oulès was Chief Operating Officer for nearly three years at Spanish luxury fashion house Balenciaga.

He also served as Operations Director at LVMH’s wines and spirits division Moët Hennessy between 2021 and 2023.

Oulès also has an extensive history within the beauty industry, having spent 13 years at French luxury house Guerlain.

This includes seven years as Chief Operating Officer between 2007 and 2014, as well as Plant General Manager from 2004 to 2007.

He was also a Production Engineer at French beauty giant L'Oréal from 1997 to 2001.

Oulès’ appointment follows LVMH reporting growth in Q2 2026, buoyed by the success of the Christian Dior fashion house under new Creative Director Jonathan Anderson,
